    Reminder button missin

    Hello,

if i create a new task beside date due I can find a + icon to add a reminder but ifI try to edit a task like attached picture, I have no possibility to add a reminder or edit the original one.
Is there a way to add / modify a reminder once I am editing a task?

    Thanks

    Greetings,
It seems like you are trying to edit a reminder for another person, which you cannot do by default. You can only set/edit reminders for Tasks assigned to your Espo user.

You can add Reminders when you are either an Assigned User on a given Task, or you have Multiple Assigned Users enabled for the Task entity and you are in the Users list (screenshots 1 and 2).

You can create a Workflow that, under certain Conditions, will create Reminders for Assigned User or Assigned Users.
However, even this option will work when the record contains "dateEnd" and "assignedUser" or "assignedUsers".

Yeah, this seems like a UI limitation rather than a user mistake. In many task apps, reminders can only be added during creation, not while editing—unless you open a dedicated “reminder” or “schedule” menu. If there’s no option in the edit view, it’s likely you’ll need to recreate the task or set the reminder from the main task list instead.
