When reading an email in EspoCRM it is set as read there but not at the IMAP server, so other email clients will show it as unread. This causes problems with our workflow. Is there a way to make EspoCRM behave like a proper IMAP client?

Emails imported to EspoCRM are not marked as read in IMAP when they are marked as read in the CRM. It's only possible to configure to mark as read when an email is imported. Note that EspoCRM is not a traditional email client, it imports emails from multiple mailboxes of multiple users into a single place without duplicates.Comment
