Only show certain items by default in Opportunites list

    Hi,
How do I make the Opportunities list show (BY DEFAULT, without additional filtering) ONLY items which have status "Prospecting"?
If that is not possible, I could use the probability >= 25% as the DEFAULT filter, in other words, only show those items which have a 25% probability or greater.
I've looked at the Entity Manager, etc., but wasn't able to understand how to accomplish the above so it is done by default.
    Thanks.

With the Advanced pack extension you can use the Report Filters functionality: https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/...report-filters.
How to set the default Report Filter is described in detail here: https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/feat...2689#post92689

That's nice but not interested in spending $395 on this extension at the moment.
Perhaps there is another way to accomplish the above?

I can suggest the following workaround: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAfIGv-dafM
It will work in the same browser for the same user until you clear the browser cache or change the browser.

Then you will have to select this filter again for this user. For another user this filter will not be available.

You can also create a custom primary filter (little coding required). You can also add another tab to the navbar that will always apply that primary filter. For example, a tab called 'Prospecting Opportunities'.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Hi Yuri, do we have a guide on how this can be done? Thanks

How to create a filter: https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/deve...-espocrm-7-0-x. Note that with Advanced Pack, one can create primary filters with the Report Filters feature.
