Sent mail from CRM not visible in inbox of other users

When i send a mail from my CRM to somebody else and CC a collegue, my sent mail is not visible in the inbox of my collegue.
I think its because of the status is 'Sent' instead of Archived.
Is this a known issue / is there quick fix?

    Thanks for the help

    - In the Inbox, the User sees only those incoming emails whose email addresses are listed in this User's profile (screenshot 1).
    - In the Sent, the User sees only those outgoing emails whose email addresses are listed in this User's profile (screenshot 1) and emails sent from Group Email Accounts to which the User has access.

    - In All he sees all emails to which this User has access. These are emails from email addresses specified in the User's profile (screenshot 1) and emails from Group Email Accounts to which the User has access.

Thanks for you response. If i send another mail from my outlook instead of from the CRM, its working fine. So i dont think there is something wrong with the email address settings there. It looks like as the mail got send from the CRM it assigns 'Sent' status and due to that its not visible in other inbox

I don't think there is something wrong with the "sent" status instead of archive. I have tested this sending CC logic with my second email account, and everything seems to be working fine; I see the CC email in the inbox folder when I am on my second account.

Double-check whether your colleague has all the necessary access (by role) to see all emails in the inbox folder, in case he is not an admin user. Also for testing purposes, ask your colleague to send an email from his CRM email address to you as a CC recipient.

Maybe additional information about your CRM mail account connection (outlook/google integration or some other service) will help other users assist you further.
