Hi everyone, I've spent an entire weekend trying to solve a problem that wasn't an issue in other CRMs I've worked with professionally: Each customer interaction/case should have a follow-up date. For this purpose, I've created a field called "Follow-up Date" (WV-Datum) in my custom entity for customer interactions.
For security reasons, I want this follow-up date to only be cleared by either entering a new follow-up date or by setting a status field (which also exists) to "completed".
For this, I basically need a filter that I can integrate into the dashboard with the criteria: "Show me all records where the Follow-up Date field has a value of today or earlier". The most logical approach seemed to be setting two filters in sequence: Follow-up-Date-Past and Follow-up-Date-Today. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I've experimented with dozens of possibilities, but nothing works.
I hope I got all the expressions right. English is not my mother tongue.
My version: 9.1.8
I hope one of you experienced users can help me. Thanks in advance!
