    Cannot send Emails

Hello, I am not able to send Mails anymore. When sending the mail it throws error, that credentials are incorrect. But they are not, I tried every constellation and in the Grpoup Email Account I can send Tests, which pass without problems.
The error log says the same: Wrong credentials.
    My espoCRM Version is 9.1.7

I solved it meanwhile. But I think, it could be a bug.

    1. Deleted the group email account and created a new one. In the new one I changed the SMTP credentials. It had no effect, From Grpoup Account configuration I could successfully send the tests.
But in the Email entity it threw still the error, that the credentials are wrong.
    2. I had a look into the database under table email_account. There had not been inserted the recent created new Group Account and because of that this account still had the old SMTP cerdentials in the database.
    3. I deleted the database record and the Group Email Account again, created again a new Group Email Account and that worked.

I am having a similar issue. After deleting all rows in email_account and external_account, I started the email address setup process again. I started with a personal email address for myself, which worked fine. Then i added a personal email account for another user, which does not work because the M365 authorization process asks for approval:

Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	39.8 KB ID:	122632

Requesting access does not work. The request is reecived by the M365 admin (me), which is then approved. Logging in again with the Connect button:
Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	5.7 KB ID:	122630

leads to the same approval request. There does not appear to be a way to get out of this loop.

The configuration of the app in Entra is as follows:
Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	56.6 KB ID:	122631

The same thing happens for all M365 non-administrative users regardless of the type of account in Espo (personal or group). This isn't necessarily Espo's fault, but I can't figure out how to fix it.

I fixed my issue. It was not the same as the OP's issue, but it is somewhat related. The fix for me was to go to Entra ID -> Consent and Permissions -> User Settings -> Let Microsoft manage. I was able to log in to all accounts after that. Very annoying.
