some users can't tag other users

i am wondering what about my setup means that some users can't tag other users but those users can tag them

ie tom can tag sue but sue can't tag tom

victor ahh yes, i think you have helped me track this down to just the "limited admin" group provided by Eblasoft i shall raise the issue directly with them
