Portal - cannot get export to work

I am getting leads in from Facebook/Instagram and I have a separate company who are contacting the leads via the portal. They are accessing the portal ok, but requested the ability to export to Excel but iot doesnt seem to work. The export persission is set to yes for the portal role -

But they dont get the option to export. Export only appears in admin mode. I am using version 9.1.8


Any idea why?

I can't reproduce your issue:


A possible cause could be a problem with your browser cache or with the EspoCRM cache. Try to Export as Portal User from an incognito browser tab. If the Export button does not appear - make a Rebuild (in Administration -> Rebuild) and try to Export as Portal User again.
