How to configure the out of the box Accounts / Title / inactive combo manually?

Hi all,

I have a new custom entity called Customer and a many to many relationship to my custom Companies entity. The Companies filed is also visible in my form but how can I add the title and inactive options to the same field in the view like the out of the box contacts one?
