Personal Email Inbox not receiving email

    Personal Email Inbox not receiving email

    Hello,
    I have configured successfully my Personal Email for IMAP, however when I go to the Email and click on the Inbox, nothing is being fetched. I sent a sample email to my personal email account and received them but it's not displaying on the Emails section.

    Check if you have specified this email address in the Email field in your User profile.

          Hi Knetch
          IMAP is already configured, I've test connection and its ok. What else is needed? It should be receiving the emails from Inbox right? but it's not.
          so is there any other connection that needs to be done?

            Which provider are you using? For example, if you're using Gmail, you need to enable access for less secure apps.

              I have the same problem. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to solve it yet.
              Hello, I'm having trouble configuring my email account in EspoCRM. My account is configured and I can send messages to any email address. I can see sent messages in the SEND folder. I'm having trouble reading messages from the defined email account. The INBOX folder is empty. Best regards, Tom

                Hi Knetch
                I don't use gmail, I'm using a personal email account from my site and hosting. I know IMAP is configured correctly as when I click on Test connection, it says "Connection is Ok".
