    Mass Maill campaign error in sending mails

    Hi

    we have put campaign this afternoon, but it is not working no mails send or bounced just stay put. but the normal assginment mails and personal mails are active. so I found that error might be in the mass mail. Please help me

    Please tell me if you can send emails in EspoCRM from this email address manually (via compose email)?

    I can assure you that sending mass emails works fine, especially on the latest version of EspoCRM. Also, this error is returned by your email provider, not EspoCRM.

      Yes I understand that but in screen shot we can observe that app+bounced+SomeID@MyCompany.com Sender rejected: not owned by user : app@MyCompany.com ?? is this problem like I have checked for any problem implemeted same smtp mail into other espocrm for testing noting goes wrong there ?

        Found the error in VERP, as it is not compatible with my mail box so it couldn't handle the bounce mails
