Cannot search on B2C, word too small, can someone tell me what happens when you use?

    Cannot search on B2C, word too small, can someone tell me what happens when you use?

    Are some fields or processes disabled?

      You can select the fields you want to include in the search in the Entity Manager. Screenshot attached

          If you have full-text search enabled for an entity type, the text search can give no results for short words (3 or less characters). This is how full-text search works in MySQL/MariaDB. You can wrap the query string into quotes: "b2c". It should give result.

              oh sorry guys, i was explaining why i was posting the question, because I couldn't search "b2c" in the forum....

              how is here but not why https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/b2c/ ....

              i was wondering about the purpose of the b2c option?
