Reassigning users on entity shows as "to {assignee}"

Reassigning users on entity shows as "to {assignee}" instead of actual username.
No errors in the logs from what I can tell.
    Currently running version: 9.0.4
cannot also find anything in the forums that comes close to this, i hate posting if I do not have to.
Upgrading to 9.0.6 did not help!

    Please clarify the following:

    - What exactly do you mean by Reassigning users? Regular User A or Admin User B changes the assignedUser field to User C and in this assignedUser field instead of User C you get "to {assignee}"?
    - Is the reassignment done using a Formula, workflow, BPMN? Is it possible with some third-party webhook?
    - For which entity exactly is this typical?

      The original "Assigned User" field.

Did you change the Label "Assigned User" to "Assigned User (Reports)"?
Are you using both the "Assigned User" and "Assigned Users" fields?
And you didn't answer the question from my previous post.

      1. Yes, I changed the Label "Assigned User" to "Assigned User (Reports)"
      2. Yes, I am using both the "Assigned User" and "Assigned Users" fields
      3. This is a custom entity called "PBX"
      4. This problem only started after having to restore data from a corrupt (Ransomware) attack on our servers after having it decrypted. I had to do a lot of rebuilding.

Using "Assigned User" and "Assigned Users" fields at the same time was not intended by the developers. You need to use one of these fields.
You can also consider using "Collaborators": https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...#collaborators instead of "Assigned Users".

victor as I mentioned before this was a recovered DB and existing instance where we have already started using multiple assigned users with the old method before it was changed in version 9 and above.
