    Unable to Restrict Access to Cases Entity

    Hi,

    I created a Role that has no access to the Cases entity. I then assigned this Role to specific users.
    However, when the user logs in, they still have access to the Cases entity. How can I fix this?

    This user most likely has multiple Roles or Teams. You can check the overall access level of this Regular User in Administration > Entity Manager > Users > User_name > Access.

      Hi victor,

      Thanks for answering my question. You are correct, the user had multiple roles assigned to him.
      I checked the Team that was assigned to the user and indeed there was another role assigned to the team.
      I just removed the role that was assigned to the Team and now it is working properly.
