Account Details --> Description make it rich format

Hi,

Sometimes we need to make sure things are very clear for some of our customers, therefor we put certain procedures in the customers account description but it would be nice if I could have rich field input to make things bold or red font (allow html tags?). How can I achieve this? Is this possible?

For similar purposes, there is a Wysiwyg type field: https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/fields/#wysiwyg.

The text field (which is the Description is) supports markdown. I advice to prefer it and opt to Wysiwyg only when it's really a necessity.
