It depends, i prefer to assign roles to users to keep things clean.

Thank you both for your prompt responses. An extra role was incorrectly assigned to one of the teams. I avoid to set roles for teams for this reason. What is your best practice, do you set roles per team or per user?

I appreciate your suggestion, and I hope you have a lovely Friday!

    Hello xiv
i'm not sure whether i understand correctly your issue.
If you want to give access to Process User Tasks only to users from specific team, you have to choose access level to TEAM and then, user task on creation stage should be assigned to proper team. Thanks to this all users from this team will have access. What's the issue?

BPM - Process User Tasks - Visibility

    Dear Espo Community,

We would like to use Process User Tasks for multiple processes, ensuring they are visible only to the relevant users. However, I'm unable to configure it in a way that restricts visibility to only the records of each user's respective team. The roles are set as shown in the screenshot below, but regular users can still see all Process User Tasks. While the visibility settings work perfectly for regular tasks, we are encountering issues with Process User Tasks.

Is there something we might be overlooking?

    Thank you!
