Mass Unfollow Option For Users

Hello,

We had a user ask us if we were able to mass unfollow accounts and contacts for them as they don't have the ability to unfollow except one by one.

It is already implemented you just need to give them permission to mass update so that they could select all accounts/contacts and from the action button list they can click on unfollow. see attached screenshot.

Just check which espocrm version you are using.

So actually I got some clarification our owner wants to purge all of the followers on accounts and contacts except for the owner of said accounts and contacts is there a way to do that as an admin?

There is an option to use the method that rabii wrote about, logging in as the User, who needs to be unsubscribed en masse and unsubscribed on his behalf.
For this, there is an option https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...s-another-user for a user with the Admin type.


This option is suitable if you have few Users in your instance and/or you don't have the Advanced Pack extension.
