How handle sales agents?

I'm looking for a CRM to handle sales agent.

My sales agent do:

* add lead and client
* send proposal
* send automatic reminder by sms and email
* every month tell me how much I need to pay to sales agent
* setup time of subscription of service

How can I do on espocrm?
