Transfer of 'Name' Field from Lead to Opportunity in Espo CRM During Conversion

In Espo CRM, the name field is set as primary name field .Lead entity has a "Name" field with the type set to "Person Name", while the Opportunity entity has a "Name" field with the type set to "Varchar". When converting a Lead to an Opportunity, the "Name" field from the Lead is not being fetched into the Opportunity.

Is there a way to ensure that the "Name" from the Lead entity is correctly transferred to the Opportunity entity during the conversion process? Are there any specific settings or customizations needed for this to work as expected?
