How can I set the Kanban view for each user individually?

Even if I change layout sets under layout, it always accesses the entity setting.

You can configure a separate Layout Set for individual Teams or portal Users: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...-teams-portals.
Kanban is no exception.
