    Error with Gmail Folder Selection - “Could not select folder '[Gmail]'”

    I’m facing an issue where EspoCRM is unable to select the Gmail folder, showing the error:
    ERROR: InboundEmail [ID], could not select folder '[Gmail]'; [0] cannot change folder, maybe it does not exist

    ​This seems to indicate a problem accessing a Gmail folder. Has anyone encountered this, and can you help me fix it? Thanks!

      Maybe in your group email account a non-existent IMAP folder is specified.

          i have checked and updated the IMap Folder again still getting the same error in Logs

              Do you have only one Email Account with gmail? If not, have you checked each one for a non-existent folder?
              Do they have a successful "Test Connection"? Have you tried changing "Fetch Since"?
