Option to Add a Tab on case object

Hi i have a use case to display the related records inside the tab view . can anyone help how can i do that.

primary object : Case
related object to case is : QA form
and QA form is related to : QA form parameter

case can have many QA forms and QA forms can have multiple QA form parameters.

when i open the case all the QA form parameters should be listed group by the QA form.
