What does "Actual" filter do ?

Hi all

Noob question here, what is the condition behind the "Actual" filter in the task or any other entity that has it
What's the logic behind it?

Specifically for the Task entity, the Actual filter includes all tasks with a status of Not Started and Started. Task statuses: Completed, Canceled and Deferred are considered irrelevant by EspoCRM logic.

With other entities, everything works according to a similar principle. To independently determine what is actual and what is not, you should create one record for each unique status, and then apply the Actual filter (screenshots 1 and 2).
