Hello,
From Espo documentation: "As an email is coming, the system tries to link it with an appropriate record (Accounts, Lead, Opportunity, Case)."
But for me it is not clear how things work.
We have default entity 'Account' where all clients are. When client sends email, i can see it in Account->Stream and Account->History.
Then we have custom entity 'Natural Person' with type 'Person'. There is information about clients-individuals. When client sends email, i can see it in NaturalPerson->History.
Now i created new custom entity 'Business applications' with type Base Plus (we have Advanced Pack), then i added there emailAddress field (by editing .json file in entityDefs). But when client sends email i do not see it in this entity - not in stream, not in history.
How to handle mail linking to entities? Or i need link them manually by some workflow?
