    Artificial Intelligence in Espo

    Hey guys!

    With 'AI-AI-AI-AI-AI-AI' in each and every kettle, all customers/users are asking for generative AI (LLM) options on 'Send emails', 'Send messages'.

    I've implemented tons of automations for the backend via APIs, all follow-ups, all call analytics, etc but some things are above my knowledge, is there any way to add something to 'Send email/SMS' windows?

    Something that may offer:
    'Tone of message', 'Additional instructions (optional)' once clicked, to generate a message and input into the text input form

    Any thoughts on how to add such thing?

    Would be cool to add few providers and maybe even local LLM support...ah dreams

    Hello Guys, i'm working on integration with OpenAI services. It allows to use ChatGPT in formulas. I'm looking for ideas on what you as business owner would use such integration for? It's already working on test environment. It can be used by users with Advanced Pack or without as formula. I thought about using it in multiple

      We also create case classification through business process and use chatgpt assistance.

      It is not difficult to organize writing emails. It is enough to write competent prompts and pass them on as "system".

      You can add logic - first, classify the incoming letter. Based on the classification results, a suitable system prompt is selected and ChatGPT writes a response based on this prompt and the incoming email (or other inputs).​

        Since the assistant supports files, in addition, you can also assign file processing in the same way to openAI
