In this case, you need to create a Portal User with a name, for example, admin1, give it a Role and add janesville tree service in Administration > Portals > Portal_name > Users.

I just don't understand why you need it, when you, as an administrator, have almost maximum capabilities in any entity? Including viewing all the activities of the User Portal in any entity.
To clarify, are you asking whether you can activate portal access directly for an admin account, or if you need to create a separate portal user account specifically for admin access?

Not possible intentionally. Otherwise, it would have complicated things.

Admin already has access to the portal, exactly as a user with type Admin. Not sure what additional access you're asking for?
