Allow portal access for admin

I think I understand: you are trying to login to instance_name/portal/portal_name/ as admin. This is perceived by the system as a non-existent Portal User with the name admin trying to log in to the Portal.
In this case, you need to create a Portal User with a name, for example, admin1, give it a Role and add janesville tree service in Administration > Portals > Portal_name > Users.

I just don't understand why you need it, when you, as an administrator, have almost maximum capabilities in any entity? Including viewing all the activities of the User Portal in any entity.

Admin already has access to the portal, exactly as a user with type Admin. Not sure what additional access you're asking for?
