Display a popup only after answering the call

I have attached a screen shot. as it shows, i only need a popup after answering the call, but now i am getting call popups even for missed calls also. So i am getting a lot of popup and the display is getting blocked by these popups. Can anyone help me regarding this?

Sorry guys, to touch base on this submission, any option to opt-out from missed calls pop-up? (using latest espocrm+voip on Twilio)

Hi Ashif Malayil,

I can't reproduce this issue. In my case, with Display a popup only after answering the call option ticked, popup windows appear only if I pick up the phone.

I have two agents in the instance, and I call via SIP client to the number of one of them.
I use EspoCRM v8.2.2 and VoIP Integration v1.28.0.

I am using the Twilio Service.
There is no such option for - "Display a popup only after answering the call"

Does the Twilio Connector does not have this option?
