Display a popup only after answering the call

I have attached a screen shot. as it shows, i only need a popup after answering the call, but now i am getting call popups even for missed calls also. So i am getting a lot of popup and the display is getting blocked by these popups. Can anyone help me regarding this?

What VoIP integration/EspoCRM versions do you use? What VoIP server/service do you use?

We are using PBX, Asterisk AMI configuration.
