Helping with this can be an endeavor. I have no idea why this could happen, despite knowing the code pretty well. Maybe consider to hire a specialist who is able investigate the problem deeply.

Every user has username and fullname, so i don't really know why the username not displaying, instead showing the id

If you click on the ID, what result do you get? Does it display the first name and last name? Does the ID already exist or not?

The id do exist please, when you click on it, it directs you to the user profile to read more about it.

This issue is somehow, don't really understand why this is happening, when existing user in the system upload data, the username is displaying very well without any issue, but when you create new user in the system and login with that user to upload data, username isn't displaying, rather the id,
What can be the issue guys??

Check if the first and last name of the user is filled in. If not the system will use the ID by default.
