    User Impersonation

    The ability to impersonate another user would be a great feature, I feel.

    Certainly when setting up permissions, roles, teams, etc, it would allow you to quickly see how EspoCRM would look from their perspective.

      Yes please. I was about to write a request for the same.

      The User > Details > Access feature is very handy - but there are certain things it doesn't show that it is better to understand by an Admin viewing as a User.

        Actually, rabii is right and similar functionality has been available since EspoCRM 7.3.0.

          It's possible to just open the link in incognito window. Right click on the link > Open in incognito window. No need to copy.
