Many of our customers use Outlook. They will not work with espocrm because there is no connection between Outlook and espocrm.
One possibility would be to synchronize the data on Google because there are software data between Outlook and Google transported.
Then ESPOCRM should also synchronize the contacts, and tasks.
Or is there any other way?

Both works via different APIs, so decide which ones do you need..
