Hello Dear EspoCRM Community,
we have developed a new paid extension for EspoCRM that allows:
- to synchronize events such as: tasks, meetings, and calls for each user between your EspoCRM and Microsoft Outlook (Exchange Server);
- to synchronize reminders;
- to review detailed synchronization history (up to field changes) from the event page and from the separate syncronization page;
- reverting specific synchronization;
You will be able to set up the syncronization module very flexibly:
- for each activity type (tasks, meetings, and calls) the rules can be set up independently
- the syncronization direction (Disabled/ Espo to Outlook / Outlook to Espo / In both directions)
- conflict resolution rules if event was changed on both sides and bidirectional synchronization chosen
- rules can be are set globally and for each user individually
- syncronization is normally run by cron, but can also be started manually
- if needed, syncronization for each specific event can be disabled individually;
Please contact us, if you are interested in the extension or have any further questions about it.
Regards from Germany, Zinit Solutions' Team.
