It would be great if it were possible to create not only an action on a button in a detailView but also in a listView

Question is action on ListView would be executed on a selected records in this case the MassAction framework already offer this option. And there is a way to create a button on the listView anyway.

I'm talking specifically about the ability to launch a workflow for a specific element in the list, just as you can make additional buttons for the detail view.

For example, change the status of a specific entity without going to the entity detail view

With link-button you can add a button to the list view to execute a manual workflow.
