Workflow has unsupported instance

I got error as below image. Please help me to explain what did happen?

probably the field contact.emailAddress is empty and cause this error, i always do a check on email address fields to avoid any errors. can you share your workflow

Could you send screenshots of your workflow that is related to Contacts and Cases?

Also, please send the EspoCRM error log dated to the date you first encountered this error. It is located in [your_instance_folder]/data/logs.
