Free EspoCRM themes and new practical DOT Extensions

    Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a new small project we have been working on around EspoCRM:

We work with EspoCRM in real business projects, and over time we started packaging some of the tools, UI improvements, and workflow utilities we built for our own use.

The first things we are sharing with the community are two free EspoCRM themes:

DOT Clarity Theme — a cleaner, calmer light interface for EspoCRM
DOT Dark Side Theme — a polished dark interface for more comfortable daily work

Both themes are available as free community releases.

We have also started a small catalog of practical EspoCRM extensions for teams, admins, and developers who need extra workflow improvements:

QuickList Pro — inline editing directly from List View and Small List View
DOT Calendar Feed — secure ICS calendar feeds for EspoCRM records
Dashboard Transfer Pro — copy dashboard layouts between users
DOT Quick Currency — automatic exchange-rate sync for EspoCRM
Email Indentation Pro — cleaner email reply history with less nested quote clutter
DOT Live Notes PRO — editable sticky notes directly on the dashboard
QuickEdit Pro — faster native-style editing in EspoCRM detail views

The idea is to keep these extensions focused, practical, and based on real workflow needs rather than large all-in-one packages.

Feedback is very welcome, especially about compatibility, installation experience, UI details, and ideas for small workflow improvements that would be useful in real EspoCRM setups.

Free themes include best-effort community support.
Paid extensions include active maintenance and support.

DOT Extensions is an independent project and is not affiliated with the official EspoCRM team.

Thanks, and I would be happy to hear what you think.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your work.
    I tested the two themes.
    They look really good.

My only criticism is that when the navigation bar is a bit longer and positioned on the left, not all menu items are displayed. It also doesn't scroll further, unlike what I'm used to in my current theme.
They only become visible when you switch to full-screen mode in the browser.
If the navigation bar is positioned “at the top,” the remaining menu items are displayed under “...”.

Thank you for checking them out.

      let me get it right.
when the menu is on the left, if you have many menu items, the bottom ones are left out of canvas, and you cannot get to them? Is that what you are saying?

        Yes, that's correct.

As the screen gets larger, more menu items will become visible.

I made a quick fix. the menu scrolls now.
But I still working on a way to mask the menu inside the rounded square of the menu.
You can download the new version now.
