What possibilities does the “MailChimp Integration” extension provide?
Will I be able to easily add selected Customers to previously prepared automations?
For example, adding a Customer to an automation with an offer reminder email - first email after 3 days, another after 7 days, another after 14 days, another after 30 days. Each e-mail with different content. As the customer writes back it is automatically removed from the automation.

The main principles of this integration:
- Form a list of respondents in Target Lists: https://www.espocrm.com/features/target-lists/, needed for the mailing and synchronize with MailChimp.
- Then on the MailChimp side, you form the Campaign in your Audience you need. Plus, on the MailChimp side, you configure an email template with the necessary content. You launch the mailing for each of these MailChimp Campaigns on the MailChimp side.
- After that, the data is synchronized with EspoCRM Campaign.
- This integration is suitable for people who are used to working with MailChimp and have not used the EspoCRM Campaign: https://www.espocrm.com/features/campaigns/ and Mass Email: https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/mass-email/ functionality.

Is it possible to automatically create groups of recipients for the "Client", e.g. if “field A” is not empty then the email address is added to the group of recipients and is automatically sent to MailChimp?

Your requests in both messages in this thread cannot be implemented without the Advanced Pack extension.
Using the Advanced Pack + Target Lists functionality, or Advanced Pack + regular emails can solve your requests.

So for your requests you can have the MailChimp extension, or you can not have it. However, without the Advanced Pack functionality - you will not solve your requests without programming skills.
