Is there a way to filter the list of an entity for portal users based on field value criteria further to account criteria visibility? For example we need to limit visibility for customer to account Meetings with status completed.

As a workaround, you can implement the following Formula (Before Save Custom Script), which will automatically change the assigned user from portal user to e.g. admin after the status changing:

ifThen(status == 'Held' && assignedUser.type == 'portal', assignedUserId = '1' && assignedUser.name = 'admin');

Thank you, but we need to mantain information about assigned user and publish criteria is "onlyAccount".
