I just started working with EspoCRM and I would like expand the entity Phone with an extra field where we can add details/comments on that specific phonenumber like times at which it can be reached. Is there any way this can be achieved?
Would something look like this:
[Type_of_contact(Tel/Mobile/Fax)] [Number] [Comments/Details]
And is there a way to automatically create a task or ticket when a user marks a phonenumber as faulty?
