    Hi,
    I just started working with EspoCRM and I would like expand the entity Phone with an extra field where we can add details/comments on that specific phonenumber like times at which it can be reached. Is there any way this can be achieved?

    Would something look like this:

    [Type_of_contact(Tel/Mobile/Fax)] [Number] [Comments/Details]

    And is there a way to automatically create a task or ticket when a user marks a phonenumber as faulty?

      Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I did find any extension there that meets my criteria.

    You could make a post there and see if it is something that can be added feature to the extension available. Otherwise it something you would need to hire a developer to create it for you if you a Non-coder
