Infinite loading when clicking at "create new user"

I have a feeling it blocking it through ad block as well. Everything work but the contact.js didn't on a web browser at a PC I usually don't use to access it. Was thinking that I have to fix it the following day but it work without any issue.

Following Maximus method but for me it was account.js

Basically open that URL (use F12 Console, find the error file and opening it.)
