Get body (plain) of email not working

Hi,

I have a workflow to create Lead automatically when new email come
But I cannot get Body(Plain) of email to Description field of Lead
Pls see attachment

I try to remove the workflow and create it again but the email body still not filled to Lead Description

Seems it happens because the email doen't contain a plain text but only html. I will try to come up with some solution.
