we have bought the voip extension and we want to customise how the voip works. Initially our major provider is twilio and we would like to use twilio from within the crm, custom UI to show call dialer / incoming call and also allow to make and receive calls through the crm UI rather than using external softphones.
we just mainly want to enhance the user experience in terms of the voip and allow our teams to make calls through the ui and receive calls through the UI.
