Insurance Broker looking for help configuring ESPOCRM instance

Need help configuring EspoCRM properly. We’re dealing with duplicate company/contact records during import, need the correct way to link multiple contacts to one company, and also need guidance on Google Workspace/Gmail setup plus connecting EspoCRM with Mautic.
