      The 3cx PBX service I use is best in class for very affordable business phone solution. I use for calls, texts and chats. There is a click to call chrome plugin already, but what I really would like to see is an EspoCRM integration that will open a customer record through caller id on inbound calls as well as sync all

          Are you still searching for 3CX integration? We will soon have a finished module that has:

          Click to call from CRM
          Call journaling (same prompt after call as is in VoIP pack)
          Automatically open contact on incoming call
          Show caller name based on data from CRM

              we have some experience with 3CX and EspoCRM. We worked multiple times on modifications of VOIP extension to make it work with Twilio, 3CX and EspoCRM.
