    The 3cx PBX service I use is best in class for very affordable business phone solution. I use for calls, texts and chats. There is a click to call chrome plugin already, but what I really would like to see is an EspoCRM integration that will open a customer record through caller id on inbound calls as well as sync all

      Are you still searching for 3CX integration? We will soon have a finished module that has:

      Click to call from CRM
      Call journaling (same prompt after call as is in VoIP pack)
      Automatically open contact on incoming call
      Show caller name based on data from CRM
