Need to Integrate WhatsApp

We need to integrate whatsapp with espocrm to create a complete Message hub like outlook, using which we can see the Message of Associated number in each entity (including Accounts, contacts, contracts, etc.) in History section in Right side.

It should be more working like a Voip integration with messages etc. It's a lot of work, we just finished creating integration with RingCentral and it's not that easy. You may consider using some middlemen such us make.com or zapier.

this would be a great module, can it also include slack?

The problem with WhatsApp is you never know when a chat has been started and when it stopped and you also dont know the subject.
