Error upgrading using EspoCRM-upgrade-7.5.6-to-8.0.2.zip

I have just tried the update and got an error 500 message. My version is 7.5.6

Error: Undefined constant Espo\Core\Templates\Entities\BasePlus::TEMPLATE_TY PE

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi tayling,

I tested a scenario identical to yours, upgrading executes flawlessly.
Please upgrade your instance by using the following command with sudo via CLI:

https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/upgrading/#additional-parameters

If it still crashes, download the upgrade package, unzip, delete the `afterUpgrade` script, archive, and retry upgrading via CLI.

Did you upgrade via the UI?

If not, is it on Windows?

Yes I upgraded via the UI - usually works fine. It is cpanel based remote server
