Help, I am not receiving any emails - cronjob ?

I need help setting up the cronjob.
With Espo I have made all the e-mail settings - outgoing mails also go out.
but nothing comes in.

I am hosted at Netcup

What do I have to do to receive emails.

Can anyone help me. I am on the verge of despair.

What is the status of the cronjob in the scheduled task?

In the case of this screenshot it means, that the cronjob for incoming mails was executed successfully.
