Error Dynamic logic in the field

I updated to 7.4 but within an entity where I had configured rules to make the field visible and mandatory, these rules are not applied, the fields based on the conditions are not displayed.
I am getting the following error



and I updated with 7.4.1 and 7.4.2 but the error persists.

I went into admin to try saving the rules again but the error persists and I get the following

What has worked for me and immigra was switching the separators.
Switch the Thousand Separator with the Decimal Mark and it should work.
