This seem to indicate that update have been updated. But I assume your version still showing it as, 7.2.7?
Have you tried changing your PHP to 8.1 or 8.0 and upgrade again?
Can you check if the System Requirements still all "Good" status.

Upgrade not progressing
Hello,
I am trying to manually upgrade my EspoCRM version from 7.2.7 to 7.3.3. After selecting the relevant file and pressing the upload button, the process does not proceed. My internet speed is fine and nothing happens even though I wait long enough.
Note: My service provider does not allow me to use the CLI.Tags: None
